Martinez Heart & Home Care provides scheduled in-home support for clients who are mainly independent. Services may include medication administration and monitoring within our permitted scope, light housekeeping, meal preparation, companionship, wellness observation, and routine assistance. We do not currently provide 24-hour continuous care.
